We had a very inspiring Builders In Company meeting at Cascadian Woodtech on Jan 11 2018!!

Thank you all for coming out to Union Bay and for contributing to the group! Thanks to Cyrill Werlen and Reto for hosting, Tom Dishlevoy for sharing his latest experience with his Passive House Design Certification, and to Kevin Park for recording the minutes for those who couldn't make it!

We had 25 talented people in the shop last night discussing all kinds of topics relevant to our industry. Major topics included energy efficient building and access to local wood. The energy was high and in favor of growing this networking community and to be a part of something bigger than ourselves!!

Following the first two meetings, we are seeing many collaborations forming between members. They are creating ideas and opportunities for one another. These connections are critical in advancing their businesses and skill-sets. 

Builders In Company is a networking community for building professionals with a focus on providing a space for these minds to get together and drive ideas ahead. Building technology is advancing fast, and the expectations put onto professionals in the industry are becoming a heavy burden for those unwilling to work together.
